Volumetric weight = L×W×H(cm) ÷ 6000 (or m³ × 167). You are billed on the greater of actual and volumetric weight, so bulky light cargo is charged by volume.
Direct flights land in 1-2 days; door-to-door is 3-5 days to the US and 2-4 days to Europe, measured from handover and excluding inspections or weather.
Standard quotes cover freight and fuel surcharge. DDP adds both clearances, duty payment and last-mile delivery. Destination charges, inspection fees and costs from misdeclaration are excluded.
Prohibited items (explosives, compressed gases, flammable liquids, corrosives) cannot be carried. Batteries, magnets, liquids and powders need prior notice and compliant declaration and packing.
Each shipment has a tracking ID, and our team pushes updates at key milestones. You can also ask anytime via phone or email.
Consolidation starts at a 10kg minimum — small shipments are welcome. For full pallets or charters, book 3-5 days ahead.
Airport-to-airport leaves import clearance and delivery to the consignee. DDP covers import clearance, duty and door delivery — the consignee simply signs.
